Who handles your data

Propertia Media Group, 4bis rue du Clos Perret, Clermont-Ferrand, France. For any question about this policy or your data, write to contact@propertiamediagroup.com.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you give us when you get in touch. There is no account, no newsletter and no profiling.

  • Booking a consultation. The scheduling form is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, company, telephone number, company website and the type of properties you manage, and shares them with us so we can prepare and hold the call. Calendly also creates the video meeting link.
  • Writing to us directly. If you email or message us, we hold what you send for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.

The legal basis is your consent when you choose to contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and taking steps at your request before any contract.

What we do not do

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking. We do not sell or rent your data, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for marketing unrelated to the enquiry you made.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The scheduling window is loaded from Calendly only after you open it, and Calendly sets its own cookies inside that window under its own privacy policy.

Who else sees your data

  • Calendly — scheduling. Its privacy policy is published at calendly.com.
  • Vercel Inc. — hosting. Server logs may record technical data such as IP address for security and availability.
  • Our email provider — to receive and answer your message.

We do not transfer your data to anyone else, and we do not use it to train any model.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to three years from our last contact, then deleted. If we do work together, the data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for the retention periods that then apply to business records.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to contact@propertiamediagroup.com and we will answer within one month.

If you believe your data has been mishandled you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL — cnil.fr.
